This agreement is to insure that each driver have an understanding of the company’s pay, contracted companies, company disclaimer, and company info. By signing below that you agree, confirms that you the driver have a full understanding of the company’s method of operation. If at any time you may have a question or complaint, you will consult with one of the managers or owner of your specific need(s).

Each driver will have fun here at celadon freight.inc VTC, and WILL follow the rules listed below:

a. Each employee will treat each other and staff with respect no matter what the situation;
b. Each employee will not lie or cheat each other for ANY reason;
c. Each employee will follow industry regulations while on or off the roads;
d. Each employee will keep a clean and well groomed appearance while employed at celadon freight.inc. The same rule applies to each driver’s truck to be cleaned and well maintained in accordance to USDOT’s standards;
e. Each employee is subject to company truck inspection by posting a pic or their truck in the requested designated area;
f. Each employee will make a daily/weekly appearance on the forums. If an employee is absent or non active for more than 10 day(s), he or she will be subject to termination from company. All requested days or timeoff will be considered as an excused absence;
g. Failure to comply with any of the listed rules, each driver understands that they will be given a warning at first offense (besides attendance rules); second offense will be a written reprimand and a fine of $450 our of their pay; third offense will result in termination of employment from celadon freight inc.
